We are in receipt of RHI funding for the solar thermal panels, which runs for another 3 years and comes to £420 per year.
All rain and surface water that is not collected goes to a soak away, which saves us the water surface charge. The property is also on a water meter which helps with costs, so our annual bills have between £150 and £180 for the last few years.
